Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all VoiceInput Pro purchases — Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Pro Lifetime. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• Email us at [email protected] with your purchase email and order/receipt number, or
• Contact Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.net — Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase and can look up your order from the receipt they sent you.

We confirm and process eligible requests within 24 hours of receiving them.

3. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this typically takes 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Renewals & Subscription Cancellation

The 14-day guarantee also applies to automatic renewal charges: if a subscription renews and you request a refund within 14 days of that renewal charge, you're eligible for a full refund of that charge.

You can cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription at any time from My Account or Paddle's customer portal — cancellation stops future renewals but does not end your current paid period early; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all VoiceInput purchases. Paddle processes payments, issues receipts, and handles refunds on our behalf under its own Buyer Terms. Your receipt and any renewal notices come from Paddle.
