VoiceInput Pro unlocks the cloud engine + unlimited AI Tidy. This page covers activation, multi-device binding, cancellation, referrals, and redeem codes.
Three plans
- Pro Monthly: try first, cancel anytime. Auto-renews; cancel and use through the current period.
- Pro Annual: 30% discount — for users committing for the long haul.
- Pro Lifetime: one-time payment, all Pro features forever. Many veterans pick this.
All three unlock the same: cloud engine + unlimited AI Tidy + Flash Route smart routing + multi-device sync (up to 3). Features identical, only billing differs.

How to activate Pro
We use Paddle as our payment processor — supports credit cards, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and more.
1. Go to Pricing, pick a plan → redirected to Paddle for checkout.
2. After payment, Paddle notifies us → license is signed and emailed to your purchase email (subject "VoiceInput Pro Activated").
3. Open VoiceInput → Settings → Account → sign in with your purchase email (magic link, no password) → license auto-binds.
4. Bottom-left status changes to "Pro · Unlimited" in purple — you're activated.
Multi-device binding
One license supports up to 3 active devices simultaneously (enough for personal use — work Mac + personal Mac + spare).
Activate on a new device
- Download and install VoiceInput on the new Mac
- Settings → Account → enter your email (the same one used for purchase)
- Receive a magic link in email, click to verify
- License auto-syncs to the new device
Over 3 devices
If you replaced a Mac without unbinding, the old device keeps a slot. Unbind:
- Go to My Account → Devices
- Pick the unused device → "Unbind"
- The new device gets a free slot
How to cancel
Monthly / annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; you keep using Pro through the current period, then revert to free.
My Account → Current Subscription → Cancel
Or sign in to Paddle's customer portal directly to cancel.
Paid amounts aren't refunded (Paddle policy). But the license keeps working until period end — e.g. if you renewed Apr 1 and cancel Apr 15, license runs through May 1.
Lifetime regret
Lifetime is non-refundable by default. But if you bought less than 7 days ago and want to reverse (feature mismatch, accidental purchase), email [email protected] with reasoning — handled case by case.
Referral rewards
Every VoiceInput account has a referral code. Each referee who installs successfully gives both you and them 1 month of Pro.
How to refer
Settings → Invite Friends → copy invite link
Send the link to a friend → they sign up + install VoiceInput + first launch → reward triggers → both receive a 1-month Pro license (email notification).
Reward conditions
- Referee signs up via your invite link (first signup + uses your code)
- Referee actually installs the app + first launch (signup alone doesn't trigger — anti-abuse)
No referral cap. Stacks (5 successful invites = 5 months of Pro for both sides).
Reward not arrived?
Check the "Referral Stats" section at My Account for state:
- awarded: licenses issued on both sides — emails should be received
- pending: friend signed up but hasn't installed — remind them to install
- blocked: detected abuse signal (self-invite / same-device multi-account / etc.)
Redeem codes
If you received a redeem code (campaign / gift / team batch), enter it at Redeem. One code = one license (single-use).
Free trial
First-time signup auto-gifts a 1-month Pro trial (no credit card). Auto-reverts to free at expiration — no charge. Trial includes all Pro features so you can fully evaluate before deciding.
Team / bulk purchase
No self-service team license page yet. For bulk (5+ licenses), email [email protected] — we'll handle manually with a team discount (5+ 5%, 10+ 10%, 50+ 15%).
